Hey guys...
Sadly our final score in today's wars was terrible. Not surprising though... I think there are a couple things we need to improve as a clan and as a community, in order to offer better services to all the players that play on our public server as well as give a better image of Pandora to others.
Here's a list of things I think we should do (from most important to the least important):
- Select a couple more clan admins and server admins
"Boina's computer has an error and the clan dies!".
This could be the head of the urt newspaper as of today. Boina's absence made the clan pretty much dad. No organization, no people online, no communication. We need to have more people responsible for the clan, either it is doing league work or just managing server and/or team.
- Fix the Teamspeak problem
It's beyond annoying having to switch teamspeaks every time we want to talk to someone who's not portuguese, such as Skull. And, even when we do change the teamspeak server, we spend most of our time speaking portuguese on the other one. We need to find a way for everyone to communicate and understand each other, on one place. (
LESS NOISE ON TEAMSPEAK IS ALSO VERY APPRECIATED)
- Create a "member dedicated" area in the forum
It's equally important for us, as a clan, to have a separation between the community and the clan. We can't afford to have our internal and important topics out in the open for everyone to see. We need a place where we can create topics such as this one.
- Determine everyone's place
At the moment we're in, it is crucial that we decide which member plays for which team(s). We can't go to every war not knowing if we even have an initial 5 players line-up. As it is important for us to also keep the community entertained I think we should create 4 squads:
TS Squad, CTF Squad, BOMB Squad and FUN Squad. (
everyone who's a part of the competition squads is also a part of the fun squad, whose job is to be often on our public server, giving these members a feeling of an active clan).
- Set up some times for pcws and trainings
We, as a clan interested in competition should determine a time for each day or once / twice a week for a meeting / training. We should also share when are we most often online so wee can meet and play together. Even if it is only 2v2 or 3v3. It all counts for experience!
For now I think this is the most important. I'll see if something else comes up..
