information to the player ( utl legacy aka utl@legacy )

i normally dont have this work when I give bann to a player

but as I know the people and the server, I decided to do.

utllegacy and utl@legacy is the name of the player who has been banned twice for me

fierst time 2 days, this time 4 days

with the reason of not being able to use that name on our server

is the name of their server

and also think it is not elegant enter another server with the name of our server in the nick

I want to make it clear that if you enter in the server again with this name will be

permanently banned
