admins on sr8 only server

hello,

i tried to address this issue in the old cheater section, i have never gotten any response though, even better you seem to have changed the section so quite a few threads simply have vanished..

you got quite a popular server running with your sr8 only 16 slot server .. but you don't seem to care much about it..

the server is regularly fucked up by trolling, camping, accusing douchebags .. the few admins i met there were insulting and provocative ..

i have suggested that you could knight a few more admins .. consider this suggestion re-newed..
additionally make the damn auth login mandatory.. it is there for a reason, if you activate it frozen sand can track who is cheating and those guys will be banned permanently with the next ac ban wave (that is hopefully coming rather soon than later) ... currently every unregistered asshat can join your server and roam free... funny thing is though that as far as i can tell cheaters aren't the major issue ..

mostly it's disrespectful behavior, teamkilling, accusations and such ..

i am head admin on another server, reviewing demos and so on ... i know how to handle situations like those happening on your server all the time...
i would be happy to help you out here..

or hand out admin rights to somebody else you can trust but do something .. don't just let this server sit there being taken over by assholes on a regular basis..

well, i can understand that you might be interested to know but i am not gonna point fingers here since abusive admins weren't the reason for my intial post... those admins are just a minor letdown compared to the game breaking behavior of some of the players on the server.. i am sure you can understand

About admins I'm admin on this server PANDORA OLINE SR8, I spend almost all day there, when teams have people to kill members of own team sounds I send one! Warn name, then that person may start doing the same I kick . At this time the only problem there is that no one comes in the morning because people do not like the map "Toxic".
Admins there are currently only 2 almost always there is and i Samethrone others only appear when there must also have that right to go do whatever they want but averiam to appear more often.

if so: as far as i know i still am banned.. 

2 admins and the owner for a server like that still will have the server unattended for plenty of time ..

i was playing there and had idiots killing the game, acting like assholes and making players leave .. at those times there were no admins present, one time there was a mod online but he didn't have sufficient access to b3 in order to be able to ban those idiots for good... 

what i am suggesting once again: 
- increase the number of admins for the server (try to have the server covered 24/7)
- make the auth login mandatory 
- make your admins aware they have to act responsibly, they should be role models and not act erratically...

i'm a good admin , only i don t like people who talk to much.

if admins insult, kick and ban players and i can't see sufficient reason for that i am getting angry,

for me admins are those players who should be setting the standard on a server according to the server rules..

what i would like you to ask is this:
next time you are angry yourself when something is happening on the server, take a step back before you act and try to find out whether the action you are about to take is something you need to do to hold up the server rules or is something that helps you to get rid of your anger ..
