i checked my cfg and changed everything to a better rate , proper accuracy and whatched every syngle quote on urban terror forums but still, when it comes to the game same think... i hit the first 3 to 5 hits and then for the rest of the hole clip not even a simgle hit

This may sound stupid, but, Do you mean you shoot 3 to 5 bullets then keep holding down mouse for rest of the clip? if so, you won't get any hits because the more bullets you shoot, the less accuracy you have. So it is better to shoot in bursts of 3,5,7 to get all shots on target.
