This seems like a good map cycle.

May i Suggest once a week or once a month we have a private 2 hour slot. where members of the forum and players get to choose what they want to do.

Like a pistol's and nade match on maps or sr8 only games,

It could be bomb mode or even team survivor.

I will take into account this idea.

I didn't know there were so many maps on urt. Good to see a wide selection on this server. However, can we sometimes have a cycle of popular maps only? For example..
Most popular:    Turnpike - Abbey - Algiers
Also:    Uptown - Kingdom - Austria
Then perhaps:    Beijing - Sanctuary - Suburbs 
Adding a couple of bots might be useful too.

Would be nice if you could download all the maps that are on the server in a map pack or even indvifiual files.

As long as the map cycle has got the three worst maps on it I don't mind

New map cycle seems to be quite popular, i think having fewer custom maps is better as a lot of players don't bother to download different maps. Having more built-in maps will hopefully keep the server alive and kicking

Sorry for the double post but I've to say this. Please use the maps
ut4_kingdom_rcx (x being the version, 2 or 6 for example)
ut4_orbital_sl

Both versions of the maps you currently have on the cycle have a major bugfix that disallows Mac users from seeing trough walls.
On ut4_kingdom and ut4_orbital, Mac players can see trough walls and you might be banning people for false wallhack or just having people seeing trough walls because they can't avoid it.

I'd recommend rc6. Last version and it's lots of fun


Apart from that. I recommend adding the map ut4_kingpin to the mapcycle.
Was made by the same guy who made kingdom.
The map is tons of fun!

The map Paris is also tons of fun!
(I can provide links tomorrow when I turn on my computer - I can also indicate other maps).

Please dont keep maps out of the cycle because you've too many.
The mapcycle rotator b3 plugin is good for those situations as you can only play smaller maps when you've few people and bigger maps when there are more people. I can try to help if needed.

EDIT (don't feel like triple posting):
The map ut4_pandora is also very very good. Ain't that big and playing with 26 players is impossible.. It's bigger than guerrilla!

Perhaps I can suggest announcing on the server (via B3) that on the day X the server will be only running custom 3rd party maps and you're taking feedback to choose wether or not these are good for the cycle?
